| I lost 70 pounds incollege. I was amazed at how much better my life was, just walking around campus and having to negotiate all the stairs made it totally worth while!

I'm so excited for you!!! See, I was acceptably thin in college. Not SKINNY, but acceptable. Going from one end of campus to the other and up and down stairs ALL THE TIME made all the difference. My problem (Well, one among many...) is MAKING myself do the exercise. It's no fun right now.... | |

So, work hard, and add weights. When you gain muscle, you will burn more fat and calories just sitting doing nothing! So, lift, lift and lift some more baby!!!! | |
